How long can I expect delivery to take? [top]

Items are dispatched within two days the payment is cleared/received. Within Australia, please allow at least 4-6 business days after shipping for your package to arrive. For international orders, the estimated standard delivery time is between 7-14 business days.

 

How do I calculate shipping? [top]

Within Australia

We use Couriers and Australia Post service as our methods of delivery. We offers a special postage rate for all domestic orders, within Australia, of $15 flat rate. A signature is required on delivery; we suggest a work address if you think you won’t be home to sign for your delivery.  All parcels will have tracking numbers in which you can track the status of your package from our website.

International

International orders will be shipped via airmail at the flat rate fee of $25 for New Zealand & Asia Pacific Destination and $40 for the Rest of the World. The estimated delivery time for international orders is between 7-14 business days.

 

How do I add a coupon or promo code to receive a discount? [top]

Promo code can be entered  on the shopping cart/check out page. There is field at the bottom of your order list that allows for this. Enter your promo code into the field and click the ‘Update’ button. Note that promo codes often expire after a period of time or after a certain number of uses.
 
 

How can I view and track my orders?

You can view and track the status of your order by logging in to your account on to our website.

 

What forms of payment do you accept? [top]

We accept credit cards, paypal, direct deposit, cheques, and money orders. Please note that direct deposit, cheques, and money orders options are only available for Australian customers only. For direct deposit, please ensure you leave your name and order number as a reference. When paying via Paypal, please ensure the correct shipping address is selected. All credit card payments can be made easily and securely through paypal. You don’t need to sign up with Paypal to make the payment.

How do I make a payment without paypal account? [top]

Don’t have paypal account? No problem! If you have a credit/debit card, you can make a payment without having to sign up for a paypal account. The credit/debit card details will be entered at Paypal Website which is securely linked to our website. Here’s what you have to do:

- On our website’s check out page, fill in all your billing/shipping details, select shipping method you prefer.
- Under payment section, select “Paypal” as a check out option. This will take you to paypal secure page.
- On the Paypal page, scroll down and choose “Don’t have paypal account?”
- Fill in your credit card details here and click review & continue. This will bring you back to our website to confirm the order.


How do I return or exchange an item?

We want you to be happy with your purchases. If you find any products to be faulty please let us know immediately and we will exchange them for you without a restocking fee.

At our discretion items may be eligible for return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your bag. Please contact us to obtain return authorization before returning the bag back to us. The bags must be returned in original condition & packaging. Coverage of postage may be applicable.
